Art Walks and Workshops – this is a good time of year to attend both. The weather is getting nicer (in the South) – warm enough, but not as hot and humid as normal. Here in Charleston, SC, I believe that October Art Walks are the most anticipated. It’s always a good time checking out the art and visiting with fellow art lovers.
TONIGHT! (Oct. 5, 2018)
COLIN PAGE ART SHOW!
One of my friends, artist Colin Page is having a show TONIGHT, October 6, 2018 at Anglin Smith Fine Art. If you don’t know Colin (gasp!) you will enjoy meeting him – he couldn’t be nicer. And his paintings… you can spot one from a mile away and know it’s his. Just look at the beautiful colors, composition and serene feeling Pre Dawn exudes! Colin pushes himself to try different things and no matter what he paints, it’s stunning!

Ken DeWaard – One of the paintings from his Nova Scotia residency this year! Just look at this painting from his Nova Scotia Residency this year. It’s so moody – I love it – the sky, the lights in the church, the sky, the lone figure. STUNNING!

If you are interested in learning how to hone in your skills and become a better painter – Ken is your guy! You will learn a lot AND have a good time – Ken has a way of dispelling some of the stress associated with workshops. Details:
